Festive Turkey Recipes

I really only use one method for roasting turkey, which is given on the home page, but I will add others here and include some other turkey recipes which I have used in the past and half forgotten about. I may even think up some new ones :0)

• Stuffing
  
  Chestnut stuffing is traditional for turkey, but chestnuts are not always easy to come by, so make a neat substitute by using canned chinese water chestnuts instead.

  Not every family needs, or even wants, a whole turkey at Christmas or Thanksgiving. Using just the breast is economical in terms of cooking times, taste and simplicity with none of the stress associated with preparing and roasting a whole bird
