Strawberry Sauce
A strawberry sauce is very easy to make and takes seconds.
Chop up some strawberries and blitz them in a blender with about one tablespoon of icing sugar. To this add around 175 mls of single cream heated to just below boiling point. Blitz the mix again and then chill it before serving.
