Grilled Lobster
Fresh grilled lobster is one of life's rare
treats. Rare because most bought lobsters
are already cooked, or at least frozen, and
lack that elusive scent of the real thing. And
so we chefs tried to add flavor back in, with
some success it has to be said. See what you

Lobster Thermidor
This is a classic lobster dish that has been reduced to
its essential ingredients, making it quick and easy to
prepare. It’s basically a Robert Carrier recipe, but even
he wouldn’t recognize the cream sauce, which has
been Aussified.
