Minced Lamb
Whether you call it minced or ground lamb
will depend on where you live. It's the same
meat which can be substituted for ground
beef in just about every recipe imaginable
and it generally carries less fat.

By blending Turkish flavors with ground (minced) lamb
and wrapping the whole thing up in a lavash you have a
very tasty light lunch for four people which needs only
an additional salad and maybe a glass or two of cold
beer
