Loin of Lamb
Loin of lamb is one of the more expensive
cuts and deserves good ingredients, careful
cooking yet simple recipes. It has a delicate
flavour all its own, but you can still enhance it
with some thought and a little care.
Barbecued Lamb Kebabs
You need top quality lamb for good kebabs, so make
sure you cube your own cuts. Don't rely on the
supermarket version of diced lamb which is often just
shoulder and pretty indifferent meat
Smoked Loin of Lamb
Lamb cooks really well on the barbecue and just the
addition of some smoking chips will give you a whole
new range of flavour. As always, be careful not to
overcook the lamb
