Tip Of The Week How to Cook Lamb Steaks Everyday family recipes on the theme of how to cook lamb steaks, which are boneless cuts taken from the leg and trimmed. Beware of over cooking them, they are more delicate than beef steak. Lamb Parmigiana  Lamb steaks are a wonderful dish but need to be lightly cooked in much the same way as beef steak. This recipe encourages you not to overcook by coating the meat with a crust that will absorb much of the cooking heat. Lamb With Fetta  This quick and easy recipe should probably be cooked with goat meat rather than lamb, but I'm assuming you'll find the latter easier to find than the former. If that's not the case, and goat is to your taste, go for it. It will still work and give you an authentic taste of the Aegean
