Keeping Eggs Fresh

Most refrigerators come with one of those little racks in the door for storing eggs. This is not the best way to keep them fresh.

The best way by far to store eggs in the refrigerator is in the box they come in, they will stay fresher for longer. Be sure they are fresh in the first place though. Check the sell-by date and if it is anything under 4-5 weeks away, don't buy the eggs.
