Find what you want using the menus There are two. The one above my head is for the recipe pages. The one below gives you access to a variety of cooking articles, hints and basic cooking skills that I have put together over the years. You will find these menus on every page in this site. Tip Of The Week Chicken Salads Chicken and salads were made for each other, and not just as a great way to use up leftovers. Use this growing collection of salad recipies to spike up those summer lunches. Coronation Chicken Coronation chicken is one of those salad dishes that have stood the test of time - and it's over sixty years old. This is a (slight) variation on Constance Spry's original recipe Chicken with Grapes Adding curry paste to the mayonnaise that dresses this chicken dish gives it a slightly exotic air and the acidity of the grapes just cuts the sweetness. Chicken with Tarragon  There is one ‘must’ about this chicken dish – you must use fresh tarragon. It’s not going to work with the dried stuff; instead you’ll get a slightly musty flavor which, while not unpleasant, is nothing like the real thing Warm Chicken Salad  In my youth, chicken salads used to turn up all over the place; weddings, funerals, christenings, you name it. It was that or ham! This is different.
