Shaw might have said. You could almost add
‘barbecue’ to the mix, since these recipes will
work equally well using that cooking method
instead.
Garlic Lemon Chicken
If you want to prepare the perfect garlic lemon chicken
then this recipe is for you.

Actually it’s chicken in white wine vinegar and mustard,
but I thought that might put you off. It’s a fairly common

Originally Austrian, a schnitzel is basically a thin steak
