You could almost add ‘barbecue’ to the mix, since these recipes will work equally well using that cooking method instead. Garlic Lemon Chicken  If you want to prepare the perfect garlic lemon chicken then this recipe is for you. Chicken in Mustard  Actually it’s chicken in white wine vinegar and mustard, but I thought that might put you off.
