The best place to look for one of these knives is in your local Asian supermarket, if you have one. They are not normally available in department stores and very few cookware shops seem to carry them either.

The Asian store is much better anyway, because the price will be much lower there. Just bear in mind that I only paid $8 for mine, and it's a good quality knife.
